3.This was given to your student in class or sent in email- some have received it multiple times in class now. If you do not have it you need to email your teacher and politely ask for it to be sent.

Possible people to write about for our research paper. All other choices must be approved by the homeroom teacher. Please choose someone who is well known and who has done important things from being well known. For example- if you choose a singer you can talk about them being a singer but what achievements have they done that make them amazing? Do they have a charity? Have they done something to help a group of people or fought for a cause?

Learning Coach and Student Expectations!
• Communication is very important! Please reply to all E-mail within 24 hours and/or phone messages and check and READ k-mails daily.
• Participation is key and is part of your student's grade! Students are required to attend all Class Connect Sessions and sign in as the STUDENT, not as the learning coach.
• Students and Learning Coaches (LC’s) should login to their OLS account daily. Students should work from their OLS account not the LC’s account.
• Attendance for DIBELS, NWEA and State Standardized testing along with conference times are required. Showing up for scheduled conferences is mandatory.
• Please make sure your student has a working microphone (headset), that it is connected, and working prior to all Class Connect Sessions. K12 sent working microphones to all students and they should be in working order all year long, otherwise call customer support at 8 6 6 . 5 1 2 . 2 2 7 3. Students need to be prepared to be called on and reply through audio at any given time during Class Connect sessions.
